Bullying is a deliberate act of aggressive behavior carried out by a person or group of people repeatedly and from time to time against a victim who cannot defend himself. Efforts to prevent bullying are to regulate emotions so that someone can avoid antisocial behavior, and foster psychological well-being that can help teenagers to grow positive emotions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Emotion Regulation and Psychological Well-being in bullying adolescents. The method used is a Cross Sectional approach. Population 240respondents and a sample of 150 respondents used the purposive sampling technique at SMP Negeri 2 Dampit. The measuring instrument uses the ERQ (Emotion, Regulation Quaestionaire) questionnaire, the PWBS (Psychological well-being) questionnaire and the Bullying questionnaire. Data analysis using Spearman Rank test, data presentation in tabular form, frequency, and narration. The results showed that most of the students had emotional regulation with a high category, namely 93 students (62%) and the psychological well-being of most of the respondents belonged to the high category, which was obtained 137 (91.3%). The results of the analysis test show that the correlation coefficient is 0.393 with a significance of (p) 0.000 = (p) <0.05, which means that Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant relationship between emotional regulation and psychological well-being in bullying adolescents. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between emotion regulation and psychological well-being and the higher the emotion regulation and psychological well-being, the lower the bullying behavior that will occur in adolescents.
